What’s Included
Your initial flat fee covers the first stage of your case including all document preparation, initial court filings, initial discovery, and communications. As your case progresses additional flat fees may apply for specific services such as mediation, temporary hearings, depositions, or trial preparation depending on your situation. Every fee is quoted from the beginning so there are no surprises.
What’s Not Included
Court filing fees, mediator fees, guardian ad litem fees, and process server fees are not included. These are third-party costs paid directly by the client. We will always tell you what additional costs to expect before they are incurred.
How Payment Works
Your flat fee is due at the time of signing your fee agreement. Fees are deposited into our IOLTA trust account and transferred to our operating account as earned. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and electronic transfer through our secure payment portal.

Uncontested divorce – Starting at $1,500 + filing fee
Pre-Filing Negotiations – $3,500 – $15,000+
Contested Divorce – $7,500 – $25,000+
Custody/Paternity – $5,000 – $15,00+
Child Support – $3,500 = $10,000+
Custody/Child Support Modification/Contempt $5,00-$15,000+
Retirement Division Orders – Starting at $1,500
Adoptions & Other Family Law
Stepparent Adoption – $3,000 + filing fee
Relative Adoption – $3,500 + filing fee
Adult Adoption – $2,500 + filing fee
Juvenile Dependency – Starting at $3,500+

Online Uncontested Divorce – $1,500+ filing fee. Available statewide throughout Alabama.
Online Divorce Mediation – $2,500 + filing fee for first 4 hours of mediation time. Additional mediation time $300/hr. Available statewide throughout Alabama.
Criminal Defense
Municipal Court Misdemeanor – Starting at $2,500 (does not include appeal)
DUI First Offense – Starting at $3,500
DUI Second Offense or more – Starting at $5,000
Domestic Violence Misdemeanor – Starting at $2,500
Drug Charge Misdemeanor – Starting at $2,500
Felony Non-Violent – Starting at $5,000
Felony Violent – Starting at $7,500

Expungement – $2,000 + filing fee

In-person representation available in Madison and Limestone Counties only. Online divorce and mediation available statewide.
